From October 8 to 15, 2025, the K trade fair - the world's leading exhibition for the plastics and rubber industry - took place in Düsseldorf. Under the motto „The Power of Plastics! Green – Smart – Responsible“, the event was all about innovations paving the way for more sustainable, digitalized and responsible plastics processing.
With over 3,200 exhibitors from 66 countries and more than 175,000 trade visitors - 73% of them from abroad - the fair offered an ideal platform for exchanging ideas and expertise on a global level. With its booth, Carl Aug. Picard GmbH was an important part of this international stage and enjoyed great interest and numerous high-quality conversations.
At the heart of our presentation were not only our established products, but also the new solutions we added to our portfolio through the acquisition of USG Uwe Stücke Granuliertechnik GmbH. The granulation knives and die plates, indispensable in plastics processing, attracted particular interest. These components, decisive for the efficiency and precision of pelletizing processes, gained recognition from trade visitors from all over the world.
With more than 100 visitors at our booth, including numerous experts from Europe and from countries such as India, Japan, China and the USA, we were able to further expand our global presence and forge important international contacts. The fair was an outstanding opportunity for us to underline our commitment to innovative solutions in the plastics industry and to set the course for future cooperations.
K 2025 was a complete success, and we look forward to continuing to contribute to the further development of the industry – with solutions that are not only technologically advanced, but also environmentally sound and responsible.
