In use worldwide – with tradition since 1876
In 1876, Carl August Picard founded the company C.A.PICARD® as a grinding shop. Over the years and decades, his descendants developed it further into a multinational corporate group – with sites in Remscheid (headquarters), Monschau and Bönen as well as branches and subsidiaries in the USA, China, Japan and Thailand.
The C.A.PICARD® group has to this day remained in family ownership, in the 5th and 6th generation, and preserves its Bergisch tradition.
The most important pillars of the company's success are sound and highly specialised know-how, state-of-the-art heat treatment and machining processes as well as over 500 qualified employees. They all live and share our values and our code.
