We take care of what matters in the company: the people.

As the HR team, we are the contacts for all German sites and support our colleagues in all personnel-related matters. With several years of experience in the HR field, we assist both managers and employees with advice and practical help.

We particularly value the regular exchange with our colleagues. It is important to us not only to be present in the office, but to get to know the people and processes on site. That is why we are happy to be out and about in the various areas of the company – from administration all the way to production.

What makes our work so exciting? No two days are the same. The variety of tasks, new challenges and working with the most diverse people ensure that our everyday work stays varied and brings us great joy anew every day.

What applicants are most interested in at first is answered here briefly and concisely.

Has my application arrived?

As soon as your application has reached us, you automatically receive a confirmation of receipt by email. If you do not receive anything within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us briefly via the Contact form.

Can I also send my application by email?

For IT security and data protection reasons we are unfortunately not allowed to process applications by email. Please therefore use exclusively our application form on the respective job advertisement.

How does the application process work?

How long does it take to receive a response?

As a rule you will hear from us within 7–14 days. If it takes longer, we will actively get in touch with you.

Who can I turn to with questions?

If you have questions, you can reach us at any time by email at hr@capicard.de. Our HR team is happy to help you.

Which documents should my application contain?

The most important is your CV. You are also welcome to attach references or certificates, as we will need them anyway at the latest before the contract is signed. A cover letter is optional, but it helps us to get to know you better.

Can I apply speculatively?

Yes, absolutely! If there is currently no suitable position online, we would still be glad to hear from you. To the Speculative application.

Can I change my application afterwards or submit documents later?

You can send us updated documents at any time by email to hr@capicard.de best of all with a short note as to which position you applied for.

Is there the possibility of working from home?

Depending on the position, working from home is possible. We will talk about this quite openly in the interview.

How is remuneration handled? Are there additional benefits?

We are not bound by collective wage agreements, but we align ourselves with IG Metall. We have a total of three fixed one-off payments, including the classic holiday and Christmas bonuses. We also support you as an employer with your retirement provision. You will find all details about our benefits under Benefits – and of course, in the joint contract discussion, we transparently explain all remuneration components to you.

Can I apply for several positions at the same time?

Yes, absolutely! Feel free to apply for all the jobs that suit you. We review every application individually. To the job advertisements.

How is my data processed?

We treat your data confidentially and use it exclusively for the application process — in accordance with the GDPR, of course. You will find details in our Privacy Policy.

Can I submit an application again after a rejection?
