1,636 exhibitors attended, 44% of whom traveled from abroad. Compared to the previous edition, the fair experienced a significant increase with around 40,000 visitors.
A clear focus was on efficiency and sustainability, particularly against the backdrop of the upcoming challenges of the energy transition. Some visitors showed great interest in solutions that optimize the energy consumption of extruders.
The discussions at the fair also reflected the growing importance of the circular economy in the plastics sector. Our spare parts help to use resources more efficiently and minimize waste. This is gaining increasing importance in view of the growing awareness of environmental issues and the focus on sustainable production processes.
All in all, Fakuma once again offered an optimal platform this year to exchange ideas with our customers and gain an overview of the current trends and developments in the market.
