C.A.PICARD® Japan nahm vom 28.11. bis 02.12.2023 an der IPF Japan 2023 (International Plastic Fair) teil.
Normally, IPF Japan takes place every three years. In 2020, however, it was cancelled due to the coronavirus and held as an online fair.
The actual IPF fair therefore took place for the first time in six years.
Die IPF Japan vereint eine Vielfalt an Rohstoffen, Maschinen, Formwerkzeugen und Dienstleistungen in Zusammenhang mit der Kunststoff- und Gummiproduktion. Dieses Mal nahm C.A.PICARD® Japan im Extrusionsbereich teil.
Approximately 35,000 people visited the exhibition over five days. More customers than expected also visited our booth.
We exhibited the following products:
- BMD (Barrel Measurement Device): the high efficiency of our barrel wear measurement device by providing exact information on barrel wear and analysis reports (presented via promotional video)
- FDS (Flexible Dismantling System) with PLC control for the efficient removal of screw elements from the support shafts, with full protection for the screw elements, the support shafts and especially the operators - without risk of injury (presented via promotional video and a small model of the FD shaft removal system)
The machine will be integrated at the end of 2023 into the premises of C.A.PICARD® in Kawaguchi. We promoted the efficiency and benefits of the machine to visitors and invited them to our plant to see the machine on site.
We thank everyone for the good conversations at IPF Japan 2023 and look forward to seeing many guests again at our booth at Plastic Japan in Osaka from May 8 to 10, 2024.
