About us — technology, tradition and team spirit

C.A.PICARD^® has existed since 1876 — and for just as long we have stood for precision, inventive spirit and genuine quality awareness. From a small grinding shop, we together developed a globally networked family business, today run in the 5th and 6th generation. With sites in Germany, the USA, China, Japan and Thailand.

Our focus: extremely robust and reliable precision parts that are in continuous use in machines worldwide. Whether press and carrier plates, punching plates or cutting-edge technology from Extruder Technology: our products ensure that industrial processes run smoothly all over the world. You will not find our products on a shelf. But many things you use every day would not be possible without our precision parts.

Flexible working hours

We offer our employees flexible working hours to enable a good work-life balance. The specific arrangement of the working-time model depends on the respective position and is discussed transparently during the application process. Holiday

In a full calendar year our employees have 30 days of holiday available. In addition there is a further day of holiday from the age of 50.

Working from home

We have no rigid working-from-home policy. Instead, together in the team and in the respective departments, we find flexible solutions that suit the task and everyday working life.

Special benefits

We grant our employees both Christmas and holiday pay as additional financial benefits. A special feature is that the payout date of the holiday pay can be chosen flexibly and individually during the year.

Profit sharing

In addition we offer our employees profit sharing, which is governed by a works agreement. The amount of the share is variable and depends on the company's success.

Sports bonus

Employees who successfully complete and provide proof of the German Sports Badge within a calendar year receive an additional day of special leave for that year. In this way we actively promote health, exercise and personal commitment.

Urban Sports Club

We support the health and fitness of our employees through a subsidised Urban Sports Club membership. As an employer we subsidise the monthly fee, so that a varied range of sports and wellness offers can be used on attractive terms. A particular advantage is the high flexibility: the membership can be paused at any time or cancelled monthly. This allows training to be tailored individually to your own needs and everyday life.

Bike leasing

We offer our employees the opportunity to use attractive bike leasing through Eurorad. A maximum of two e-bikes can be selected individually at the same time – including accessories – and conveniently financed via the payroll. In this way we promote sustainable mobility and, at the same time, the health of our employees.

Company car leasing

We offer our employees the opportunity to use attractive company car leasing through Eclara. They benefit from individual vehicle configurations, transparent terms and simple handling. The costs are conveniently settled via the monthly payroll, ensuring maximum flexibility and planning security.

We offer our employees a wide range of professional development opportunities, which are arranged individually with the respective supervisors. Events
