From November 12 to 14, 2025, the PLASTIC JAPAN Tokyo Show 2025 took place at the Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan, attracting approximately 47,000 visitors.

PLASTIC JAPAN is one of Japan's leading trade fairs, focused on high-performance plastics and the related processing technologies.

For us, this trade fair continues to be an important opportunity to expand brand awareness in the Japanese market and to promote our products and services. So we participated again this year.

The primary goal of our participation was to identify and win new potential customers, while also being present for existing customers.

Over the course of the three exhibition days, we welcomed approximately 100 visitors in total at our booth, including both existing and potential customers. From some visitors, we were able to gather detailed information about the types and models of extruder systems they operate, which will be extremely valuable for future sales activities and tailored offers.

As in previous years, we presented our FD shaft removal system at the booth via a promotional video. The FD shaft removal system is a device for twin-shaft extruders, developed to support the safe and efficient removal of screw elements. Due to its direct impact on reducing workload and improving operator safety, interest from production and maintenance personnel was particularly high. Given the ongoing labor shortage in many plants, we expect demand for the FD shaft removal system to continue rising as a practical solution to save labor and improve productivity.

In addition, we presented our service with the barrel wear measurement device, used to inspect the inner surface of barrels. The clear visualization of the wear condition inside the barrel attracted attention, as it allowed visitors to immediately recognize the degree of wear and the need for repair or replacement.

Overall, we observed that many visitors explicitly expressed interest either in our service using the barrel wear measurement device or in the FD shaft removal system.

We hereby thank everyone who visited our booth.
