This year's Anuga FoodTec took place from March 19 to 22 on the Cologne exhibition grounds and was held under the lead theme „Responsibility“. With a broadly positioned team from sales, development and service, we were one of 1,307 exhibitors from 133 countries. The foreign share among exhibitors was over 60%.
Nearly 40,000 trade visitors attended the fair, who were provided with comprehensive information on alternative protein sources, energy and water management, digitalization, and artificial intelligence.
The fair originally emerged from the former Anuga-Technica and DLG-FoodTec and has, since 1996, offered an overarching and process-oriented overview of all technologies needed for food production.
With joy, we were able to welcome around 40 visitors from all over the world to the Carl Aug. Picard GmbH booth this year for extensive expert conversations. Among them were also some potential new customers.
Our visitors were predominantly companies from Germany and other European states. However, some customers also traveled from countries such as India and China to visit us at the booth.
We very much look forward to welcoming numerous visitors again at the next Anuga FoodTec from February 23 to 26, 2027 in Cologne.
