C.A.PICARD® Japan hat vom 04. bis 06.10.2023 an der PLASTIC JAPAN in Tokio teilgenommen. Die Ausstellung vereint alle Arten von Technologien, die mit der Kunststoffindustrie zu tun haben, von Rohmaterialien und Zusatzstoffen bis hin zu Form- und Verarbeitungsmaschinen sowie Recyclingtechnologien.
This year there were approximately 44,000 visitors over three days, and more customers than expected visited our booth.
We again presented the following products:
- BMD (Barrel Measurement Device): the high efficiency of our barrel wear measurement device by providing exact information on barrel wear and analysis reports (presented via promotional video)
- FDS (Flexible Dismantling System) with PLC control for the efficient removal of screw elements from the support shafts, with full protection for the screw elements, the support shafts and especially the operators - without risk of injury (presented via promotional video)
The machine will be integrated into the premises of C.A.PICARD® in Kawaguchi, probably at the end of 2023. We promoted the efficiency and benefits of the machine to visitors and invited them to our plant to see the machine on site.
- BMD camera: We presented this service with the device on site. The camera can take very clear images inside the barrel, and many customers are interested in it.
The next PLASTIC JAPAN will take place from May 8 to 10, 2024 in Osaka. We look forward to welcoming many guests again at our booth then.
