This year's Compounding World Expo was held on June 14 and 15, 2023 at the Essen exhibition grounds, where again over 200 exhibitors gathered for a networking meeting of the plastics industry.
Alongside Carl Aug. Picard GmbH, other prominent exhibitors from Germany such as Coperion, KraussMaffei and Leistritz participated, and smaller competitors and exhibitors from Japan, Italy and China such as JSW, Maris, Icma, Bandera, Jwell and Lesun were also represented at the fair again, providing international input.
This year's industry meet-up with technical presentations on the topic of recycling attracted numerous visitors from a radius of about 200 km and led to interesting expert conversations with locally based customers.
The Compounding World Expo was complemented by the accompanying events of the Plastics Extrusion World Expo, Plastics Recycling World Expo and Polymer Testing World Expo. In this context, various panel discussions took place on current trends and developments around topics such as material availability, innovations in the analysis of plastic materials, and general market development.
The upcoming fair will take place in September 2024 in Brussels. Here, the focus will surely be directed to the Benelux states.
