Effective January 1, 2023, Carl Aug. Picard GmbH has acquired majority shares in USG Uwe Stücke Granuliertechnik GmbH.
USG GmbH was founded in 2009 and, at its site in Bönen, manufactures and distributes die plates and knives/knife holders for a wide variety of underwater pelletizers.
„The goal of this transaction is to expand our portfolio along the extruder, integrate USG GmbH's products into our global sales network, and offer our customers an extended service. The company will continue to be managed by the managing partners Uwe Stücke and Eric Kopetzki.
