C.A.PICARD® Japan nahm im Dezember 2021 an der „Highly-functional Material Week“ teil. Die EXPO ist eine Ausstellung, die hochfunktionelle Werkstofftechnologien umfasst, die für verschiedene Hochtechnologiebranchen unverzichtbar sind, zum Beispiel moderne Werkstoffe, Verarbeitungstechnologien, Produktionsausstattung und Prüfgeräte.
Lively negotiations also took place between researchers and manufacturers from various fields such as automotive, electronics, medical and aerospace industries.
This EXPO was visited by approximately 40,000 people over three days. Compared to the „Highly-functional Material Week 2020“, which also took place in Tokyo and was under the influence of Covid-19, the visitor numbers recovered very well, and many current and potential customers visited our booth.
This time, we presented BMD and FDS via promotional video:
- BMD (Barrel Measurement Device): the high efficiency of our barrel wear measurement device by providing exact information on barrel wear and analysis reports
- FDS (Flexible Dismantling System) with PLC control for the efficient removal of screw elements from the support shafts, with full protection for the screw elements, the support shafts and especially the operators - without risk of injury
