C.A.PICARD® has a long tradition in the development and production of industrial wear parts for highly abrasive and corrosive stresses.
Because there, especially in flaskless foundry moulding lines, the requirements for mould chamber plates and dimensionally accurate spare parts are very high.
With high-alloy materials and optimally matched heat treatment, our products withstand the highest demands. They are ideal for the harsh use in a foundry. We achieve the required dimensional accuracies through high-precision straightening and grinding operations for a precise fit and surface quality.
Precision molding systems require linings, shafts, cylinders, bushings, and wear-resistant spare parts to meet the extreme quality demands for modern castings.
