The InterPlas Thailand trade fair, part of Manufacturing Expo, is one of Thailand’s leading trade fairs for plastics processing and materials technology. This year, it took place from 17 to 20 June and attracted approximately 80,000 visitors.
For us, this exhibition continues being an important opportunity to enhance brand awareness in the Thai market and to promote our products and services. So, we participated again this year.
The primary objective of our participation was to identify and acquire potential new customers. While maintaining our presence among existing customers, the focus was clearly set on meeting potential new customers.
During the four days of the exhibition, we had many more visitors than in 2025. Among them were several potential new customers, including some from the areas of plastics compounding and abrasive processing.
Screw-element display: Our screw-element wall proved to be one of the strongest visual draws at the booth this year, pulling visitors in directly from the aisle. Together with the BMD video demonstration, it led to the conversations that produced our three highest-potential leads.
Barrel camera: In addition, we demonstrated our service using the barrel camera, which is used to inspect the inner surface of barrels. The clear visualisation of wear conditions inside the barrel attracted attention, as it allowed visitors to immediately understand the severity of wear and the need for repair or replacement.
FD System: This year, as before, we showcased our FD system by playing a promotion video at the booth. The FD system is a device for twin-screw extruders, designed to assist in dismantling screw elements safely and efficiently. Due to its direct impact on the reduction of workload and the safety for the operators, interest from production and maintenance staff was particularly strong.
We hereby thank everyone who came to our booth.
