Barrel Wear Measurement
We measure directly on the twin-screw extruder and thus detect barrel wear early.
Anyone who wants to stay permanently productive must detect wear early. With our wear-measurement service, we check the condition of the installed barrels directly on your extruder line. The barrels only need to be clean and cooled — they do not need to be dismantled. This saves you valuable time and maximizes utilization.
With our inspections, you secure your productivity. You detect any wear and can procure spare parts early. This makes repairs more predictable and easier to budget.
