Twin-shaft extruders today are almost without exception characterised by their modular design. Because this is the basis for maximum flexibility in the manufacturing process. Specialised screw segments are precisely mounted on a common support shaft. This allows us to adapt the profile exactly to your particular process task. We master the entire spectrum of functional components, from conveying and back-conveying elements through to restrictive, kneading and mixing elements.

We optimise the inherently, theoretically self-cleaning Erdmenger profile. Because we specifically modify the outer and inner diameter of the segments and thus go far beyond the standard. To increase the intake and conveying capacity or to reduce critical temperature and shear stress peaks, we deviate on a technologically sound basis from the classic closely intermeshing profile. In this way we specifically optimise the geometry. And in doing so we transform standard components into high-performance solutions for your production.
