Your start into working life
Apprenticeship at C.A.PICARD®
Seven apprenticeship occupations. One team that lives real togetherness. And a company that has stood for precision and people since 1876.
to Nieuwpoort, Belgium 2024.
What awaits you with us
An apprenticeship where you just tick off what has to be done? Not with us. You are part of a trainee team that meets regularly, tackles projects together and even travels together now and then.
Trainee events
Every year we go on joint outings with all trainees. Whether go-karting, Movie Park or Battle Rooms – on this day fun and teamwork take centre stage.
Regular trainee meetings
All trainees come together every two weeks – no matter which apprenticeship occupation. The focus is on topics that will help you later in your working life, practising presentations and working together on small projects. A good opportunity to exchange ideas, learn new things and look beyond your own training area.
Joint projects
For example, organising company visits with self-guided production tours, trade fairs or cooperation with other companies.
