Heat treatment
As a manufacturer of wear-resistant parts for pressing, forming and punching machines, we operate our own hardening shop with a broad range of services. In addition to carburising, we offer heat treatments up to 1050 °C as well as the special press quench hardening under form constraint (Quettenhärtung).
Refurbishment service
Our reconditioning service restores worn plates to an as-new condition through precise grinding technology. In service centres worldwide, we work on tools quickly and cost-effectively. Third-party products too. This is how we permanently ensure high productivity and consistent quality.
Contract grinding
Our contract grinding service restores tools and components to exact flatness and tolerance after intensive use. With specialised skilled staff and modern segment grinding machines, we work on single and series parts for steel materials precisely, cost-effectively and on schedule.
Contract straightening
Our straightening service reliably corrects material distortions caused by heat and machining. With modern straightening systems and precise manual straightening, we level out flatness deviations even at high hardnesses. This reduces rework and material consumption and permanently ensures tight tolerances.
