High material stress, thermal effects and mechanical machining lead to enormous material distortions. The result is increased material consumption and time-consuming rework. But the deviations in flatness can be levelled out. And at C.A.PICARD® we have the appropriate know-how for this.

For contract straightening of plates and flat components, we are also your partner. We work both with state-of-the-art automatic straightening systems and at special workstations where straightening is done very precisely by hand.
Machine Straightening:
- Automatic and high-precision straightening systems
- Flat parts up to 20 x 2000 x 3000 mm
- Maximum hardness of 50 HRc
- Inspection and documentation via 3D measuring machine available
Hand Straightening:
- Straightening by hammer blows
- Highly qualified hand-straighteners with many years of experience
- Maximum hardness of 65 HRc
- Inspection and documentation via 3D measuring machine available
