This year, the 28th edition of the Fakuma exhibition took again place at the exhibition center in Friedrichshafen at the Lake Constance from 17 to 21 October.
1,636 exhibitors participated, 44% of them came from abroad. With approximately 40,000 visitors, the exhibition registered an enormous growth compared to the previous time.
Our booth attracted numerous visitors including potential customers, many familiar people and industry experts. The intensive interaction enabled us to gain valuable insights into the needs of the market. The aim was to establish new business contacts and consolidate existing relationships. Overall, the event was very successful for us as exhibitor and we look forward to integrating the impulses received in future projects.
One of the focal points was efficiency and sustainability, in particular against the background of the forthcoming challenges resulting from the energy transition. Some visitors were very interested in solutions which optimise the energy consumption of extruders.
The discussions during the trade fair also reflected the increasing significance of recycling management in the plastics sector. Our spare parts help to use resources more efficiently and minimise waste. This fact gets more and more important in view of increasing sensitivity with regard to environmental issues and the focus on sustainable production processes.
Altogether, the Fakuma trade fair was once again an optimal platform to exchange information with our customers and to get an overview of the current trends and developments in the market.
